Due to the terms of its gaming licence and applicable local legislation, Basswin does not offer its services to residents of certain countries and regions. These restrictions apply across all platforms, including the desktop website and mobile application.

The following jurisdictions are excluded from access to Basswin services:

• United Kingdom — regulated separately under the UK Gambling Commission; Basswin does not hold a UKGC licence;
• United States of America — federal and state-level legislative prohibitions on unlicensed online gambling;
• France — national regulatory requirements enforced by the Autorité Nationale des Jeux (ANJ);
• Netherlands — licensing requirements enforced by the Kansspelautoriteit (KSA);
• Spain — online gambling services require a licence from the Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ);
• Australia — restrictions under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001;
• Israel — domestic prohibition on online gambling services;
• Cyprus — national regulatory and legislative restrictions on unlicensed operators;
• Curacao — residents of the licensing jurisdiction are excluded under standard licence conditions.

Basswin does not hold ownership over, nor does it manage, any other companies or brands that may be separately licensed by the Curaçao gaming regulator or any other regulatory body.

The brand maintains no financial interest, directorial control, or managerial authority over third-party gaming companies operating under their own licences. Basswin has no capacity to influence the operational decisions, service standards, or conduct of such independent entities. Accordingly, Basswin accepts no legal or financial liability for the actions, omissions, or obligations of any third-party operators. Any claims or concerns relating to those companies must be directed to the relevant business entity or to the competent regulatory authority with jurisdiction over that company.

Basswin provides access to a digital licence verification seal, which allows users to confirm the current status and authenticity of the gaming licence at any time. This tool is embedded on the site and links directly to the Curaçao licensing authority’s verification system, providing an independently validated confirmation of the original licence record.

The verification process is automated and draws on live data held by the regulator, ensuring that the licence status displayed is accurate and up to date. All informational content presented within the verification interface remains the intellectual property of the issuing regulatory authority. This content is protected under applicable copyright law, and any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorised use by third parties is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks, logos, and commercial identifiers associated with Basswin are protected assets under applicable intellectual property legislation. Ownership of these assets is attributed to the licence holder, and protection extends to domain names, brand identifiers, and all elements forming the corporate visual identity.

No third party is permitted to reproduce, imitate, or otherwise use any of these protected elements without prior written authorisation from the rightful owner. Any unauthorised use of the brand’s trademarks or commercial identifiers constitutes an infringement and will be subject to legal proceedings under the laws governing intellectual property protection in the relevant jurisdiction.
